When you appoint Storkeys’ Team as your Buyer Agent, you get over

appraisals on the selected properties and discuss prices and offers with
you. As your agent we will be working solely for you, not the seller, so
there will be no conflict of interest.
We will carry out the negotiations on your behalf and once an acceptable
offer has been agreed to, we will assist in organising the Contract of
Sale with the seller’s agent, Building and Pest Inspections will
be organised on your behalf as well as valuations.
Finally pre-settlement inspections can be organised should you be unable
to travel to the area. However if you are coming, we will organise the
inspections to suit your itinerary thereby allowing you to enjoy more of
your time in our tropical paradise.

All you have to do to appoint us as your Buyer’s Agent is sign a
PAMD (Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act) Form 22 appointing Storkeys’ Team
for a period of sixty (60) days (renewable if required) and pay a $750
retainer. Once the property you select, has settled, a fee of 1.5% of the
purchase price less the retainer is paid.
